Returns

We can only accept returns on unworn merchandise.

We are now operating our Christmas Returns policy which is in place of our usual 20 day policy. Any item purchased between the 10th November 2012 and December 21st 2012 can be returned up until the 31st January 2013.

We will allow you to return an item within 20 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is due to our error. We cannot refund or exchange a worn item unless it is faulty. We will not be held liable for any minor variations in the colour of products. In the unlikely event that you will need to return a product for a refund or an exchange drop us a note first using our contact form http://www.iwantpants.com/contact ,then send them back to us with a brief note to iwantpants.com, Unit 14, Llan Coed Court, Darcy Business Park, Neath. SA10 6FG. Please allow up to 28 days for processing although we usually process within 7days.
