HOW TO ORDER

You can order goods from us via one of the following methods:

Online via our website is preferred, making payment by credit or debit card, we do accept AMEX but not Diners. Card payments are processed by HSBC Secure ePayments which incorporates the latest 'Verified by Visa' and 'SecureCode by Mastercard' schemes for an even higher level of security.

Secure ePayments utilises 128 bit SSL encryption to process card transactions.

We also accept Paypal, if you wish to use Paypal select this option at the checkout.

You may email an order to us at and post the payment by cheque to us at iwantpants.com, PO BOX 108, Neath, SA10 7WX. If you email us an order we will reply to you with confirmation of the total cost. We are unable to dispatch the goods until the payment has cleared.

If you wish to pay over the telephone then please add your goods to the basket, select the payment method as, "Please Call me for Payment", complete the order form and click 'Proceed to Secure Payment" - You will then be given an order number. If you have a preferred time that you like us to call you then please indicate this in the additional info box.

ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS DELIVERY
We offer FREE Royal Mail First Class delivery on all orders to UK addresses.

ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS RECORDED
Royal Mail First Class Recorded is RECOMMENDED for all orders to UK addresses. For £1.10, a signature is required on delivery.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY
Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for £4.70. This guarantees next day delivery on Monday to Friday if your order is placed before 4pm.

WORLDWIDE
For Worldwide deliveries, there is a £6 delivery charge. All Worldwide deliveries will require a signature. It can take up to 15 working days for a parcel to reach an overseas destination. We deliver via Air Mail International Signed For. Customers are responsible to pay import taxes/duties at the time of delivery, based on your countries import laws.

RETURNS

We can only accept returns on unworn merchandise. We will allow you to return an unopened item within 20 days of receiving it, for a full refund. However, all items purchased between November 15th 2008 and December 23rd 2008 can be returned up until 15th January 2009. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is due to our error. We cannot refund or exchange a worn item unless it is faulty. We will not be held liable for any minor variations in the colour of products.
