You can order goods from us through one of the following methods:
Online - Making payment by credit or debit card. We also accept AMEX but not Diners. Card payments are processed by HSBC Secure ePayments which incorporates the latest 'Verified by Visa' and 'SecureCode by Mastercard' schemes for an even higher level of security.
Secure ePayments utilises 128 bit SSL encryption to process card transactions. We are PCI compliant.
We also accept Paypal.
Telephone - If you wish to pay over the telephone then please enter your details and phone number on our 'Contact Info' page and we will call you as soon as possible.
SUGGESTIONS
We aim to provide the best customer service. If there are any styles or brands that you are looking for that we do not currently stock please let us know and we will endeavour to source them for you.

ROYAL MAIL SECOND CLASS DELIVERY
We offer FREE Royal Mail Second Class delivery on all orders to UK addresses.
ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS DELIVERY
Royal Mail First Class delivery is is available for all orders to UK addresses. This service is £1.
ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS RECORDED
Royal Mail First Class Recorded is RECOMMENDED for all orders to UK addresses. This service is £1.95 and a signature is required on delivery.
ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY
Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for £4. This guarantees next day delivery on Monday to Friday if your order is placed before 4pm.
FED EX UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Fed Ex Next Day UK Delivery is available for £4.
WORLDWIDE
For Worldwide deliveries, there is a £5 delivery charge. All Worldwide deliveries will require a signature. It can take up to 15 working days for a parcel to reach an overseas destination. We deliver via Air Mail International Signed For. Customers are responsible to pay import taxes/duties at the time of delivery, based on your countries import laws. To some countries such as the USA, Australia and Europe you may select Fed Ex as your courier at extra cost, if this option is available to you it will be available for you to select at the checkout.

RETURNS
We can only accept returns on unworn merchandise.
We are now operating our Valentines Returns policy which is in place of our usual 20 day policy. Any item purchased between the 10 January 2012 and February 13th 2012 can be returned up until the 10th March 2012. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is due to our error. We cannot refund or exchange a worn item unless it is faulty. We will not be held liable for any minor variations in the colour of products. In the unlikely event that you will need to return a product, please email us first to obtain an authorisation code at: returns@iwantpants.com
